Peacefully on October 21, 2026 at the Riverview Health Centre, our dad, grampa, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, Michael Parenteau passed away at the age of 70 years.
Michael was predeceased by his wife, Lavina Parenteau; daughter, Michelle; parents, Florence and Fred Parenteau; brothers, Gordon Parenteau, Gilbert Parenteau, Angus Parenteau and Peter Parenteau; sisters, Margaret Vermette and Gloria Campbell; nieces, Charity Parenteau, Tracy Parenteau and Sheila Campbell; his nephew, Joseph Chartrand; as well as numerous other relatives.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters, Amanda Parenteau and Elizabeth Ducharme; sons, Moses Parenteau and Jeffrey Chartrand; grandchildren, Rocky, Maizley, Nolan, Breanna and Brendon; siblings, Paul (Shirley) Parenteau, Wilson (Jeanette) Parenteau, Joey Parenteau, Blanche Parenteau and Veronica Fabian; nieces and nephews, Flo Parenteau (Alan Maclean), Curtis Vermette, Brian Parenteau, Fred Parenteau, John Chartrand and Jay Parenteau; along with his aunts, uncles, other nieces, nephews and relatives.
