It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our baby boy, Damien Cole Murdock on August 15, 2026 at the age of 2 months and 25 days old.

Baby Damien will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his parents, Chelsea Murdock & Alfred Anderson; his siblings, Bessie, Hailey, Ryder and Mia; grandparents, Erin Murdock, Kenneth Kitchur and Ernest Anderson; his uncle, Mitchell Anderson; his nephew, Ethan; his great grandfather, Norman Murdock, as well as his cousins and other relatives.

Baby Damien was predeceased by his grandmother, Bessie Anderson; great grandmother, Myrlene Murdock; along with numerous other relatives.

Mommy was always there with her sweet babyboy. He was already a Mama’s boy always only wanted Mommy. I’ll always remember me and Damien chasing around Ryder in the living room. I’ll forever miss those lil kitty cat crys. We love you Damien.

Thank you to my family and friends for all your love and support.

I held him for a little while, made plans to watch him grow.
We played each waking moment, so he’d know I loved him so.
I cherish all the tiny things that went unnoticed then.
A special bond between us grew, my little one, my friend.
A place of honor he will have in my heart and in my home.
It gives me strangth and peace to know that he is not alone.
I know that Jesus holds him close and tends his every need.
Our child is safe in Heaven, he holds a noble place indeed.

When God Calls Our Children
When God calls our children
to dwell with Him above,
We mortals sometimes question
the wisdom of His love.
For no heartache compares with,
the death of one small child.
Who does so much to make our world,
seem so wonderful and mild.
Perhaps God tires of calling
the aged to His fold.
So He picks a rosebud
before it can grow old.
God knows how much we need them,
and so He takes but few.
To make the land of heaven
more beautiful to view.
Believing this is difficult
still somehow we must try.
The saddest word mankind knows
will always be Good-bye.
So when a little child departs,
we who are left behind,
Must realize God loves children.
Angels Are Hard To Find!!
